At the purchase of a racquet and a string set or reel, let us know in the section “add a note” on the checkout page if you wish to have your racquet strung. This additional service is free of charge. Provide string name, color, gauge and desired tension.

If a purchased racquet is backordered, but the same model is available in another grip size, Volkl Tennis Canada (the only legal entity approved to do so) reserves the right to change the pallet system (technology that determines the grip size) to the grip size of the client’s choice. This process is 100% guaranteed and free of charge.
